SaaS Syndicate LLC is the operating company for a portfolio of online businesses. It is not a consumer brand, and it is not a fund that flips companies. It is the parent that holds the software, the publication, the agent and context work, the educational products, and the partnerships — and closes a single set of books.
Autonomous brands
Each business keeps the name its customers already know. SwipeBuilder is SwipeBuilder. Based is Based. The Substack is a publication, not a software SKU. Decisions closest to the customer stay with the people running that brand. The parent does not paste one identity over the portfolio.
One LLC
Revenue and operating expenses consolidate under SaaS Syndicate LLC. Capital allocation, shared infrastructure, and the legal entity sit here. That is the point of the structure: related enough to share a parent, different enough to keep their own fronts.
What we will not claim
The publishing business covers fitness, nutrition, supplements, and human performance. It is educational and informational only. The company does not provide medical care. The company does not sell prescription drugs or other regulated products.
What we build toward
Software that does a specific job for a specific operator. Context and data that an agent can actually use. A publication that says what it is. Partnerships that are named as partnerships. No invented metrics on this site, and no parent-company storefront pretending to be a product.
